WHAT IS YOUR PREFERRED STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
My style encompasses traditional wedding coverage with a combination of photojournalism. While I believe that posed family portraits are important for history reference (and we will capture those), I prefer to integrate myself into your day and capture the moments as they unfold naturally. Will I place you in beautiful light to make a gorgeous bridal portrait? Yes, most definitely! I will use a mixture of natural light and flash to capture your story while authentically documenting the story of your day.
DO YOU WORK WITH A SHOT LIST?
If you'd like to request certain images to be taken at the wedding, please provide this list to me at least two weeks prior to the wedding.
DO YOU BRING A SECOND SHOOTER?
Typically it is just myself and an assistant when needed. My assistant is not a second shooter; they are there to lend me a hand - hold lighting, arrange families during portrait time, etc.
CAN I BOOK AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION WITH YOU AND IS THERE A FEE?
Absolutely! It's a wonderful time to get to know each other. Engagement sessions are typically done Monday-Thursday evenings a couple of hours before dusk in Spring, Summer and Fall. I offer packages which include engagement sessions. Please request a more detailed brochure here.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Roughly 4-6 weeks following your wedding you will receive a password to a protected online gallery where you can view your entire edited, high resolution wedding collection. These images will be available to download, print a la carte and sharing.
