Fall Family Sessions 2018

This Fall was another beautiful season filled with amazing families. It’s one of the busiest times for me, and one of the happiest. I’m so fortunate to meet new families each year, as well as photograph families for their second, third, fourth and fifth time! I walk away from each session with a greater respect for parenthood - those in the thick of raising young children and those raising teenagers, all while pushing through life’s curve balls and adventures - I love capturing it all, and witnessing family dynamics and their love for one another.

To every family who booked a Fall Family Portrait Session with me this fall, I am truly grateful for the opportunity that you give to me to document a specific time in your life. I am humbled by your gratitude, and will always remember the amount of joy and laughter you bring to your sessions, which in turn bring me immense joy and happiness.

Here are a few images rounding out the end of October.

Winter Family Session

You know the stars are aligned when you book an outdoor winter family session on a date in January, and have family travelling for the session from Windsor and Toronto. Secretly, I had been watching the forecast for 14 days prior, and each day leading up to it, wishing and praying for warm enough weather to spend some time outdoors. This particular Saturday in January the temperature sat around plus 5 and it was a spectacular day for an outdoor winter session, thankfully!
